Three years ago today, I made the bold decision to resign from my position as a French philosophy teacher. I left behind the classroom and embarked on a journey to Nigeria, driven by the need to move from theory to action. I traveled across the country, sitting down with farmers in villages, asking questions, listening to their struggles. It was there, in those conversations, that the idea for FAME took root. These farmers—who feed nations but are disconnected from global markets—taught me that the real solution lay in connecting them, giving them access and fair opportunities. I knew then that this mission was about more than just business; it was about justice and empowerment. Fast forward to today, and FAME has become a force of change. We’re now providing a seamless platform for international trade, empowering unbanked farmers and traders to connect directly, all while ensuring full transparency and ethical sourcing. With AI tools, decentralized governance, and blockchain-powered transactions, we’ve built a system that not only facilitates trade but builds trust, fairness, and sustainability. FAME was born from empathy and driven by the desire to transform agriculture—and today, it's changing lives across borders.
