Who? The Tertiary Decree – impose the implementation of action plans to achieve energy saving consumption objectives. Reducing -40% from 2030, followed by -50% and -60% in 2040 and 2050.  Who is concerned by the Tertiary Decree? all buildings or business premises for tertiary use and whose operating surface is greater than or equal to 1,000 m2.    BACS Décret (building automation and control system) - What? Who? Reinforces the Tertiary Decree by establishing an obligation to monitor and manage equipment that consumes most of the energy in all tertiary buildings by 2025.  Who is concerned by the BACS Decree? Any owner of a building equipped with an air conditioning or heating system, with a nominal power greater than 70 kW, whether or not combined with a ventilation system, within a new or tertiary building is subject to the BACS Decree.    It’s ok not to change.   Digital transformation isn’t for me?
