  4. I've tried adding some games of Bandai Super Vision 8000 to the database, and everything went well. Some games are pending validation, but those that have already been validated, have all the information added. In Launchbox, I had the platform already created with the games. When I updated the games information, those that have data in the database were updated. I have also tried deleting the platform and creating it again. and everything has gone well too. My only problem is that I deleted the icon by mistake and now I can't find a way to get it back 😅 I hope this information is helpful to you. And thank you very much for adding this new platform. It's a joy to be able to have more games with all their information and well organized!!! 👏👏👏
  5. Came to ask a similar question when I found this one. So I’ll add my question here. It seems like every time I boot up, my display order gets changed. I have three monitors that I use with the third screen plugin. Windows keeps the order in the display settings. However Mame is currently launching on my marquee screen instead of my main screen. And I change it each time in OSD setting in the .ini setting. And the display number in third screen plugin changes. I think the current config is display 5, display 6 and display 7.
  6. Why even respond the stuff you put out is amazing.....
  7. How Windows sees monitors and how emulators (and frontends) see them can be 2 different things. Try changing the '1' to '2'. Depending on how the emulator notes them, monitor 1 could be noted as monitor 0 (zero). (Probably not likely. But anything's possible)
  8. What About this? its ok?
  9. I actually didn't upscale many boxes for this set. The GBA and GBC set I did. There were a lot of high quality scans available on psxdatacenter.com. The ones I did upscale were any boxes sized 600x600 or less. I prefer the "artifacted" upscaled versions over the badly scanned low resolution scans available. Also, this is the reason why I include templates. So if you want to redo the "badly AI'ed" images with something better, you can! So take a swing at it and fill in the pieces my friend.
  10. Just got a chance to try it and yeah it still opens on monitor 2 with 1 set in the ini file.
  11. It varies and depends on the emulator. When I initially replied, you hadn't specified which emulator was causing the issue. So I just picked one. For systems RetroArch emulates, it should be just one setting [in RetroArch] for all systems. LaunchBox wouldn't be telling it which monitor to display on. I'm not real knowledgeable about RetroArch and wouldn't know where to begin to make it show on a different monitor. Hopefully someone else can chime in with some ideas.
  12. Does this need to be done for every system I want to play or just mame?
  13. I have also switched to WMP years ago, because VLC causes weird graphical issues for the first few seconds a video is playsing on three different PCs I tried. Have had no problems with WMP whatsoever and never went back to VLC to this day.
  14. For MAME, edit mam.ini and under the OSD PER-WINDOW VIDEO OPTIONS section, set the screen value to the appropriate output.
  15. Does anyone know how to do this, currently it always defaults to a mini touch screen I have just to keep my system stats up. I am unable to move it or even get a game to launch in windowed mode to drag it myself. I should add when I run the game via retroarch it is fine, the issue is only when I let launchbox or bigbox launch the game for me.
  16. Ok, I’ve solved it! I had a doubt: in the table script, the ROM name was written in uppercase. I replaced it with lowercase, and it worked.
  17. I prefer The Addams Family (Bally 1992) 2.4.41.vpx table, but I have tried several ROMs (Taf_l5, Taf_l5c, Taf_l6, Taf_l7), and unfortunately the plugin always responds with the message: “not supported rom...\nvram\Taf_lnumber.nv”. I have tried using the commands you pointed me to pinemhi.exe taf_l7.nv and also pinemhi.exe taf_l6.nv and the hi scores are shown correctly This is really a mystery, considering that all my other 23 tables work correctly with the plugin.
  18. Why do you want to copy them to the cache folder? You're not uncompressing them?
  19. Does anyone have any experience with using Archive Cache Manager Plugin with GameCube games? The plugin seems to work great for the games that I have zipped. My GameCube games are in .rvz format and I did copy the file "DolphinTool.exe" to the "Extractors" folder like the instructions said. But no matter what I do, I can't get it to copy my game to the cache folder. Any ideas? Thanks.
  20. I'm having the same problem. No matter what I try (loading multiple auto/custom backups) I can't get Bigbox to load!?
  21. Update: I should have googled it first. In Launchbox 13.18: View -> Media -> Uncheck Auto Play Music
  22. Hi, In Launchbox for windows (not big box) When I select a console game title - some of them have music that plays - Is there a way to silence the audio? Thank you!
  23. @Pademonium bac I am having a hard time with 2 systems....American Laser Games and DICE. The Cabinets look clean that I did, but in After Effects the videos and masks do not line up ever. Would be nice to have these 2 systems as most do not have them in their Platform Themes.

  26. Have a readthrough this FAQ and see if it sheds any light on how to resolve what you're experiencing. If that doesn't help, report back here.
These are really nice. Thank you for sharing!
