Azuh
Because this The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode [DIVINE / Divine-Beast / Effect / Level 10] Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. Cannot be targeted by Spells, Traps, or card effects. During the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned, send it to the Graveyard. During either player's turn, you can Tribute this face-up card to Special Summon 1 "Winged Dragon of Ra" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard (ignoring the Summoning Conditions). A "Winged Dragon of Ra" Summoned by this effect is unaffected by your opponent's card effects and is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. Toffee.
Actually seems pretty trollish, considering the Summoned Ra can basically attack without fear n' junk(Which is what it needed from the start). Also considering it's ATK is actually 0, compared to Ra's "?", you have an extra 3 Call of the Haunteds for it. Sleepy
Ra really needs something like this to happen. I don't care if it takes up another Main Deck space, it makes Ra playable. I miss the idea of "gains the ATK of it's Tributes" but with this he can be an expensive Raigeki or an OTK in ATK, so I guess it doesn't need that as badly..... evilfusion
At least it's more logical than your "inspiration" version. I wanted to chew out that one, but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Card would immediately make up for how absurdly crappy the TCG version of Ra is, especially since it can be Special Summoned by a plethora of methods and can bring out the other version. It might actually be a little too good by having 0 ATK, since it'd be so searchable, although not as much fear due to Sangan being banned, and the card's Type and Attribute being unsupported by searchers. Perhaps SSing Ra from Deck makes it a little too good, since Ra would still have the "LP to 100" effect.
Airride
So basically, take up another deck slot or two to make Horkahky all that much easier to make? ...Eeeeeeeeeeeeh.

This card allows only the "destroy monster" effect to happen. So that there is some sort of downside for Special Summoning Ra
