Over her lifetime Jenny has experienced many different sports from racing bicycles, kickboxing, bodybuilding, ballet and body competitions that have all lead her to an intimate knowledge of the training necessary to compete well. Whether you are a triathalete, weekend warrior runner or cyclist, tennis enthusiast, football or soccer player, mountain climber or skier, you will receive training specific to yor goals. She has also trained athletes who were in professional sports such as soccer and baseball. You will receive:
- Individualized nutritional advice based on your exercise regime
- Individualized sports training in your sport of choice such as bike racing, skiing, soccer, triathletes, runners, football, etc.
- Independent workout suggestions that will coordinate with your sessions with Jenny
- Individualized training to overcome physical ailments from injury or surgery.
- TRX training, weight training, reduction of body fat, ab/core classes, etc.
It’s this experiential knowledge that gives her an edge on training you. During your Introductory Session, you will discuss the specific sport you want help in and how Jenny can help you. She will design workouts that will enhance the areas of your body that will improve your performance and effectiveness.
