Originally from Belgium, Cédric has been living the Swedish dream for the past 7 years, but now he’s revving up for his latest adventure with us. When our Talent Acquisition Manager first reached out for a chat, little did she know that she’d be unleashing a motorcycle-riding, car-modifying, gym-loving, quadrilingual powerhouse into our midst. 🏍️🚗💪  With his passion for customer success and his love for working with great people, it was clear that this was the perfect fit.    Cédric can speak four languages—so if you need help in Dutch, French, Swedish, or English, he’s got you covered. Just don’t ask him to choose a favorite, unless you want to see him sweat more than during his gym sessions!    When he’s not helping our customers achieve their goals, you might find Cédric whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, exploring new places, or diving into a video game. The Regional Development Day for #utilities took place today in Stavanger, Norway 👩🏼🏫 🇳🇴 We met with #municipalities to discuss how #data and innovative #analytics can help the water and wastewater sector in their daily operations and prepare them for the future! After a #networking breakfast, we dived into the world of data analysis and shared our knowledge about current challenges and best practices in various workshop groups. Insights will follow! Originally from Leipzig, Germany, Felix took a rather interesting path to Customer Success—starting with a Master’s in Music Psychology in Finland. Who knew that a love for Mendelssohn could lead to a passion for helping customers succeed in the tech world? 🎻 Felix recently swapped the land of a thousand lakes for the land of fika (and yes, he’s already a fan!). When he spotted the opportunity to join Smartvatten as a CSM for the German market, he didn’t hesitate. With his passion for sustainability and our Finnish roots, it was a match made in eco-friendly heaven. 🌍 Outside the office, Felix keeps busy by playing the violin in the local symphony orchestra, running half-marathons, and exploring the Swedish outdoors. Oh, and his playlists? They’re as diverse as his career—ranging from Marilyn Manson to Mendelssohn. Asia selviää vedenkulutusdataa tarjoavan Smartvattenin tuoreesta vesiraportista. Asuinkiinteistöjen vesivuotojen takia vettä voi valua hukkaan jopa 1,7 litraa minuutissa. Täten esimerkiksi kaksitoista päivää kestävä pienehkö vuoto asuinkiinteistössä voi nostaa kuukausikustannuksia yli 15 prosentilla ja siten myös näkyä vesilaskussa, vaikka vuoto vaikuttaisi mitättömältä.
