Euroopan Unioni myönsi Secappille hankerahoitusta Euroopan Unioni on myöntänyt Secappille osarahoituksen Liiketoiminta- ja käyttäjätietojen provisiointi ja hallinta pilvipalvelussa -hankkeeseen. Kehityshanke laajentaa Secappin palvelutarjontaa ja parantaa kykyä palvella suurempia asiakasryhmiä, kasvavia asiakkuuksia ja kumppanuuksia niin kotimaassa kuin kansainvälisestikin. 🌐

💙Secapp sponsorina hyvän mielen haasteessa Olimme mukana yrityssponsorina hyvän mielen haasteessa! Haasteessa toteutimme yhdessä Jokelan koulun viidesluokkalaisten kanssa vierailun hoivakotiin viime syksynä. Päivän aikana mm. paistettiin pullaa, pidettiin tietokilpailu, sekä kierrettiin liikuntarajoitteisten asukkaiden huoneissa tervehtimässä heitä. Oppilaat olivat valmistautuneet päivään askartelemalla ikkunakoristeita, kirjoittamalla runoja ja tekemällä mainokset ja kutsut tapahtumapäivää varten – osoittaen reipasta ja yrittäjämäistäkin asennetta. 🤝 Meillä oli kunnia olla mukana haasteessa ja ilo nähdä, kuinka innokkaasti oppilaat osallistuivat päivään. Pääsimme mahdollistamaan oppilaille oppimiskokemuksen, sekä osallistumaan omien arvojemme mukaiseen toimintaan. 💭“Secapp helps us all succeed in a critical situation in the best possible way. My hope is for Secapp to become a part of everyday life in all schools and daycare centers.” – Joel Linna, the principal of Vesanka daycare school In September 2023, there was a crisis exercise held at the Vesanka daycare school, where Secapp was used for communication, alerting, and conveying situational awareness among the school personnel and external parties. The purpose was to test the school’s crisis plan in practice, as well as the smoothness of cooperation with authorities. 🏫 The essential role of Secapp as part of the school’s safety culture was emphasized during the exercise – it’s an important part of the whole, which helps to succeed in a critical situation in the best possible way. Before Secapp, the school didn’t have any common system for reaching the whole personnel, apart from announcements. 💻In November 2023, a team of Secappians participated in the Taisto exercise organized by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency of Finland. It is a desktop exercise that simulates different topical threats, crises and exceptional situations that any organization may encounter in its daily operations. During the exercise, our team had the opportunity to analyze and develop our organization’s readiness and preparedness through example situations. What were our most important takeaways from the exercise? 💡It was an interesting and educational experience, which highlighted the fact that in a crisis, every second truly matters 💡Continuous practice is an essential part of preparedness 💡The better planned the communication, the more smoothly actions can be taken 💡Ready-made message templates, recipient groups, checklists and clear areas of responsibility enable a faster reaction in stressful situations 💡During the exercise, Secapp served as a good platform for group discussion and video conferencing – additionally, it is also a handy tool in itself for implementing various exercises 👉Take a closer look at our reflections on the exercise in our blog! #secapp #Taisto #cybersecurity #communication #everysecondmatters
