Today, we’re proud to announce that OURA has raised $200M in Series D funding led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Dexcom, the global leader in glucose biosensing. With this investment, Oura’s valuation has surpassed $5.2 billion, a milestone that validates our mission and approach. Founded in Oulu, Finland, more than 11 years ago, Oura’s mission then was the same as it is today; in the simplest terms, it’s to help all people live healthier lives. In the last decade, we’ve expanded our product offering, invested deeply in science, research, and validation, expanded our retail footprint and partnership portfolio, and doubled down in specific health areas like women’s health, heart health, stress & resilience, metabolic health, and more. We’re excited to announce the rollout of Symptom Radar in the Oura App after months of testing and valuable community feedback in Oura Labs. This feature helps you detect early signs of illness by analyzing key biometrics like heart rate, HRV, temperature trends, and breathing rate. Symptom Radar identifies potential cold- or flu-like symptoms up to two days before they fully manifest, flagging them in three levels of severity—none, minor, or major. If a major risk is detected, Oura encourages you to activate Rest Mode to prioritize recovery. This launch marks a major step forward in how wearables can help us manage our health proactively. With the holiday season approaching, Oura can help empower you to stay ahead of potential illness and take control of your well-being. Today, ŌURA announced a strategic partnership with Dexcom to enable two-way data flow between Dexcom glucose biosensors and apps and Oura Ring and the Oura App, providing a first-of-its-kind metabolic health management experience.
