Meet our data analyst Dimi! 👋 Dmytro Yakovenko is our Data Analyst for the Nordic Business Diversity Index. His responsibility is to collect and analyse comprehensive data on diversity across the Nordics. Dmytro brings new perspectives to the team as he contributes to this project while completing his master’s exchange studies at Aalto University. His work with the Index provides valuable insights into the state of leadership diversity in the Nordic region, driving transparency and progress in the corporate world.

It was our pleasure to work together with the talented team from Innokas Medical to develop the Innokas Circular Economy Playbook with guiding product development principles to integrate sustainability into the health technology development projects. 💚 The playbook was created during a 4 weeks design sprint, creating a solid foundation for start actioning on circularity. At Impaktly, we utilise agile and human-centric design methods to accelerate different aspects of sustainability transformation together with our clients. Curious to know more? The Nordic Business Diversity Index 2025 study is more extensive than ever. For the first time the study is going to cover all Nordic countries, including Norway. 🌍 As the largest annual study in the Nordics the Nordic Business Diversity Index provides comprehensive insights into diversity of top leadership in listed companies. Last year alone, our research spanned over 600 companies and analysed the background of more than 7,000 board and leadership team members. Our goal is to elevate awareness and spark dialogue around the current state of diversity, how it plays an essential role when shaping company cultures and society in large. In 2025, we’re taking an in-depth look at the future of work, enriched with case studies and fresh data to raise awareness through quantitative data across the Nordics and beyond. 💎At Aalto University again yesterday with another session of Impaktly ”Case Studies in Sustainable Business”, now with the topic of respecting #humanrights across the value chain. 💎Thank you Cecilia Lindström and Gabriela Gamero Gorostiza from Kalmar for sharing your human rights journey and for clearly linking the importance of respecting human rights to the core of Kalmar’s business. 💎The questions from the students were pure gold (to mention a few): - How to engage with workers in human rights audits? - Are companies willing to increase their price points to ensure living wage is paid in their supply chains? 💎I’m confident that when this generation is making business decisions, the lens will also be on human rights!

Yesterday, Impaktly's Case studies in Sustainable Business at Aalto University focused on Climate and Biodiversity. We discussed what are the global challenges faced, what is the relevance for business and how are companies taking action. Aalto University x Impaktly: Case Studies in Sustainable Business 🌍 For the third year, we’ve teamed up with Aalto University to introduce Masters students to sustainable business strategies. The course is designed to help tomorrow’s leaders integrate sustainability into their business strategies, creating both positive environmental impact and competitive advantage. In our first lecture of the 2024 fall semester: Rasmus Pinomaa, Director of Corporate Sustainability at Kemira, delivered a case study on sustainability at Kemira on how sustainability is changing the business landscape. ☘ Antti Maunula, Managing Director at Impaktly, introduced sustainability transformations, comparing them to digital transformations, and how they are reshaping businesses. 💡 With the help of forerunner companies, we aim to equip students with the facts, frameworks, tools, and real-world examples to become tomorrow’s change-makers.
