🎉 It's an exciting day here at Epassi UK Ltd HQ! It's the first day in our brand new office! 🎉 After months of planning and hard work, we are thrilled to finally be in and start our next chapter in our brand new office space. This office move marks one of our biggest and most significant milestones as a company, and we're so excited to settle in and continue our growth as a team. This move isn't just about a change of scenery, but about fostering greater collaboration, innovation and creativity, as for the first time in nearly 5 years, we're all under one roof together! A huge thank you to the whole office move team, but especially to Elena Richmond and Cat Evans who have worked so hard to bring the entire vision to life!

This year, we are thrilled to announce that Epassi is ranked #111 largest company in Finland and #2 in our category! 🎉 During the last 4 years, Epassi’s turnover has grown sixfold to almost 680 million euros in 2023. The transaction follows the simultaneous completion of a majority investment in Epassi from TA Associates and Warburg Pincus LLC, two leading global private equity firms focused on growth investing. Exercite operates across four brands, including Hansefit GmbH & Co. KG, a leading corporate health and wellness network provider in Germany, Bedrijfsfitness Nederland (BFNL) and Workit, two leading corporate health and wellness network providers in the Netherlands, and Fitbase Institut für Online Prävention GmbH, a provider of online, digital wellbeing courses based in Germany. Together, the brands provide access to a large network of gyms, fitness studios, swimming pools, spa services and physiotherapist centers to more than 2.5 million employees, alongside an array of digital offerings in mindfulness, sports and wellbeing.
