The refreshed FAS DEIA-AR committee provides a structured forum to bring DEI-AR recommendations and concerns relate to the Senior Vice Chancellor and FAS executive leadership. The committee serves as an advisory group that informs and identifies efforts to improve and promote an inclusive and equitable climate for FAS employees. As the inaugural Executive Director of Diversity & Inclusion for FAS, Klint leads the FAS DEIA-AR Steering Committee, propels the DEIA-AR momentum already underway within FAS, including annual belonging goals and DEIA-AR action plans, and identifies future initiatives to ensure the UCSF workplace works for everyone and creates opportunities for those within the community in which UCSF operates.
