What to Watch this week: Alien: Romulus is set to horrify audiences, and The Challenge turns 40

Set between the events of 1979's Alien and 1986's Aliens, Alien: Romulus centers on a group of young space colonizers — starring Cailee Spaeny, Archie Renaux, David Jonsson, Isabela Merced, Spike Fearn, and more.

Halle Berry and Mark Wahlberg star in the action movie The Union; John Cena and Awkwafina lead the comedy Jackpot, and Elizabeth Banks stars in Skincare.

On TV, The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras premieres, with fan favorites — including CT, Johnny Bananas, and Mark Long — competing on the milestone season. Plus, queens from around the world unite for RuPaul's Drag Race Global All Stars, and Emily is living the single life on the new season of Emily in Paris.
