RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 3 unites winners for Handmaid's Tale spoof

Forget The Handmaid's Tale: sign us up for a season of The Hennymaid's Tale starring Chad Michaels and Alaska, instead.

With the debut of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 3 right around the corner, EW can exclusively reveal the opening scene from Thursday's premiere episode, featuring two former champions in a hilarious skit inspired by the Elisabeth Moss-fronted Hulu series. Judging by the clip (above), the Drag Race Hall of Fame isn't a glamorous haven where All Stars victors enjoy their reign in peace: it appears that the spin-off competition series' mightiest competitors are actually sent to a dystopian hellscape to live out the rest of their days, forced to trade in their crowns for cheap cotton bonnets.

"Hey, kitty girl. Blessed weather we're having today," Michaels, winner of the inaugural RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, says to season 2 champion Alaska as they stroll down the street in red cloaks similar to the one Moss wears on the show.

"Indeed. Can you believe it's already All Stars 3? Do you think there will be lots of twists, turns, shocks, and surprises this season?" Alaska responds. Michaels spits back: "Oh, bitch!"

After a few more paces, the pair stops to sulk.

"Chad, the Drag Race Hall of Fame really isn't what I thought it was going to be," Alaska says as emergency sirens sound around them. "You look really nice in red, though. It's your color."
