RuPaul's Drag Race season 17 queens hilariously read winners' best and worst moments: 'I would've been calling for help'

EW asks the new cast to reach into the deep furry pink box of "Drag Race" her-story to blind-read winner moments, from Bob the Drag Queen's robot look to Trixie Mattel's "Snatch Game" performance.

Look over there! It's the RuPaul's Drag Race season 17 queens opening the library on past show winners' best and worst moments.

In addition to Entertainment Weekly's exclusive video interviews with the new contenders vying for the crown on the new season ahead, we asked all 14 members of the cast to reach into the deep, furry pink box of Drag Race her-story to react to some of the wildest, boat-neckiest, and — in the case of Jinkx Monsoon's makeover subject, Dave — murder-iest (allegedly) happenings from the show's royal court.

Diving fist-first into the memory box in the video below, the queens choose from a blind assortment of moments — with seasoned theater girl Suzie Toot putting on the ritz (and the rizz) as she let some thoughts on season 6 winner Bianca Del Rio's arsenal of boat-neck gowns that went sailing down the runway.

"We should all be so lucky, shouldn't we? To wear the same exact outfit in several variations and still succeed?" Suzie jokes. "I think the other girls don't have that privilege, and I think that she, on a newer season, would not fly with that. That's all I have to say!"

On the other hand, Onya Nurve, another theater diva, has quite a bit to say about Jinkx's encounter with Dave, a veteran who even gagged RuPaul when he revealed he may have accidentally killed Judy Garland in 1969. (The season 5 winner later hilariously referenced the moment herself in a masterful All Stars 7 Snatch Game performance as the legendary Wizard of Oz star.)

"Happening in real time, this was really cringey and really weird, because you knew it wasn't true but you were kind of feeling for Jinkx in that moment, like, what do you do, and what do you say?" Onya says of Dave's confession. "Because, clearly, he thinks that he killed Judy Garland, and you're not going to tell the man he didn't! So, girl, I don't know. That was a gaggy moment. Jinkx handled it like a true professional, because I would've been calling for help!"

Elsewhere in EW's video, Cuba-born, Miami-raised queen Lucky Starzzz reacts to Trixie Mattel's portrayal of Mama Ru on the All Stars 3 Snatch Game: "That moment was honestly iconic, because how the hell are you going to go on Drag Race and do the host and flop?" Lucky quips, referencing Trixie's bottom-three placement after the episode's judging.

Later, New Jersey-based Crystal Envy — sister to season 14's Jasmine Kennedie — offers up a comical reaction to season 11 winner Yvie Oddly's memorable clash with lip-sync legend Silky Nutmeg Ganache in Untucked, though she also says there's an upcoming season 17 moment that approaches the Yvie vs. Silky showdown.

"That's an iconic moment of two iconic girls. There's definitely a similar Untucked moment that happens [this season] and I will give it to my sister Kori [King], because she goes off in Untucked one time. You've got to wait to see," Crystal teases.

Finally, Seattle's Arrietty, whose mother is season 15's Irene Dubois (meaning her auntie is season 14's Bosco), has a hilariously vague response to Bob the Drag Queen's infamous robot runway from season 8.

"Why did I have to get this one? This is a setup, I swear to God!" Arrietty says, perhaps hinting at some shenanigans ahead on season 17. "Fabulous, breathtaking, out of this world, never seen before. Bob, you did the thing. You ate it up and down, all around."

RuPaul's Drag Race season 17 premieres Friday, Jan. 3, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. Watch all of the new queens react to past winners' best and worst moments — also including reflections on Sasha Velour, Symone, Jaida Essence Hall, Alaska, BeBe Zahara Benet, Aquaria, Raja, and Willow Pill — in the video above.
