The Awardist Stars who are EGOT winners: Elton John, Whoopi Goldberg, Audrey Hepburn, more Check out the famous faces who have nabbed an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony. By EW Staff Updated on September 8, 2024 11:52PM EDT There’s no higher accomplishment in Hollywood than becoming an EGOT winner. While many stars have come close to completing the gauntlet, only select individuals have ever actually earned the prestigious title by receiving at least one competitive Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award throughout their storied careers. The most recent inductees into the elite club are songwriters Benj Pasek and Justin Paul who won an Emmy in 2024 for writing the Only Murders in the Building earworm, "Which of the Pickwick Triplets Did It?", and Elton John, who won a 2023 Emmy award for his live special, Farewell from Dodger Stadium. They join a list of premiere talents who have earned an EGOT, including Audrey Hepburn, Whoopi Goldberg, Rita Moreno, and more.
