Both actors want to see this face-off on the big screen. The concept was first broached during an interview with Fandango correspondents Tiffany Smith and Kristian Harloff during San Diego Comic-Con. Much like Lego Batman himself, Arnett was overly confident in his character’s skills. According to him, the mini Dark Knight would do “very well” in a fight against Leto’s Joker. “He looks a little, kinda scrawny, doesn’t he?” he said in the video below. “Just kind of, like, skinny, just kind of like hipster — in a good way, by the way! It looks amazing. I’m just saying, in a fight.” During a later interview with Leto to promote Suicide Squad, Smith asked the Oscar winner the same question. “Anytime you want to meet the Joker in a dark alley, bring your Legos,” he said. The Caped Crusader will have his own Joker (voiced by Zach Galifianakis) to deal with when The Lego Batman Movie hits theaters on Feb. 10, 2017. Close
