Gilmore Girls: Melissa McCarthy, Yanic Truesdale pose in post-drinks photo

Melissa McCarthy might not have any plans to return for Netflix’s Gilmore Girls revival, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a reunion photo of Michel and Sookie.

Yanic Truesdale, who is set to reprise his role as Michel in the revival, posted a photo with McCarthy after what he says was an evening of scotch, food, and “catching up with my old friend.” Sadly, Truesdale also added, “Don’t read anything into it guys” for those Gilmore Girls fans who are still holding out hope for an appearance by Lorelai’s bestie.

But that isn’t the only Gilmore reunion photo Truesdale’s taken as of late. The actor’s also posted pictures with costars Jared Padalecki and David Sutcliffe, both of whom are returning for the revival.
