TV Article 'Mean Girls' star Daniel Franzese parodies Sam Smith's 'Stay With Me' By Ariana Bacle Published on October 9, 2014 05:06PM EDT Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me” is a sweet song about how the singer wants his one-night-stand to last a little longer. Daniel Franzese’s parody “Please Go Home” is the opposite. The Mean Girls star plays a man who wants his hookup to get out of his house in the “Stay With Me” spoof; Franzese sings about how his sex-friend needs a mint and needs to take a cab home. “Should have stayed at home, spent it with my hand,” Franzese sings. “Won’t you please go home?” Members of the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus help out Franzese during the chorus, and his hookup (Adrian Anchondo) plays the Sam Smith in the situation, crooning “let me stay with you” to a visibly annoyed Franzese. A “Yoncé” baseball cap, a doughnut, and Anchondo’s abs also make appearances in the parody, which ends with Franzese getting his way. Close
