The festivities will continue less than a month later when the 82nd Annual Golden Globes airs live on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025, at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount+. The ceremony, which marks the first major-network award show of the season, will be hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser following her standout routine in Netflix’s Roast of Tom Brady earlier this year.

In addition to this year’s nominees, three-time Golden Globe winner Ted Danson and EGOT-winner Viola Davis are set to be honored with the Carol Burnett Award and the Cecil B. DeMille Award for their respective storied careers. The pair will be awarded at a gala dinner held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel ahead of the ceremony on Friday, Jan. 3.

Last year’s Golden Globes winners featured several titles that went on to dominate the awards circuit, including films such as Oppenheimer, Poor Things, and The Holdovers, as well as television shows like Succession, The Bear, and Beef
