The  Screen Actors Guild Awards are just around the corner.

The awards ceremony, which awards 13 prizes for on-screen performers across film and television every year, will take place on Feb. 24.

The 2024 SAG Awards will stream exclusively on Netflix this year, which means you’ll need a subscription (or maybe a free trial!) to the streaming service to watch the ceremony.

When are the 2024 SAG Awards?

The 2024 SAG Awards will stream live starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on Saturday, Feb. 24. The ceremony will take place at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles.

Who is nominated for SAG Awards this year?


On the film side, Barbie and Oppenheimer led the pack with four nominations each. Both halves of 2023’s summer double-header received nominations for Motion Picture cast, and Greta Gerwig’s film was also nommed for Female Actor in a Leading Role (Margot Robbie), Male Actor in a Supporting Role (Ryan Gosling), and Best Stunts. Meanwhile, Christopher Nolan’s historical epic received nods for Male Actor in a Leading Role (Cillian Murphy), Male Actor in a Supporting Role (Robert Downey Jr.), and Female Actor in a Supporting Role (Emily Blunt). Killers of the Flower Moon, The Color Purple, American Fiction, and The Holdovers also received multiple nominations.

On the television side, Succession dominated the competition with five nominations — Drama Series Ensemble, Male Actor in a Drama Series (Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin, and Matthew Macfadyen), and Female Actor in a Drama Series (Sarah Snook). The Bear, The Last of Us, Ted Lasso, Barry, and Beef also all received more than one nom.

Additionally, Barbra Streisand will receive the 2024 SAG Life Achievement Award.
