Committed to open-source development, we contribute to industry standards through collaborations with organizations like the Confidential Computing Consortium and the Linux Foundation. Our involvement in EU research projects, such as CONFIDENTIAL6G, showcases our dedication to advancing technology for a safer, more connected digital future. Additionally, UVC actively participates in both use-cases, healthcare and agricultural domains. It has strong regional ties and contributes significantly to the Middle Rhine science region as part of the Rhineland-Palatinate Research Initiative. The Software Engineering research group focuses on model-based methods and tools for developing critical systems, addressing software quality through IT security and compliance, large-scale software project management, and software maintainability. Their research extends to software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud-oriented architectures, where best practices for secure development are still emerging. TITAN EOSC will participate in the Unconference session “As open as possible, as restricted as necessary: EOSC sensitive data exchange” on the #EOSCSymposium2024. 🌟 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 🌟 Regione Veneto Veneto Region is the governmental body in charge of our area populated by about 5 Million citizens and located in the North-East of Italy. The ICT and Digital Agenda department is in charge of implementing the regional policies concerning data and the digital agenda; managing ERDF funds addressed to public and private actors to promote the quantity and quality of data; managing the open data regional platform where about 5000 datasets from several topics (scientific one too) are included) and public accessible 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 🇹 TITAN EOSC Veneto Region will be in charge of the use case concerning sharing data on the agricultural sector, specifically the winery sector. The use case will be developed jointly with Sarga and technically supported by ITA INNOVA. 🌟 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 🌟 Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin Charité University Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in Europe. It has four campuses distributed over the city of Berlin. The Interdisciplinary Sleep Medicine Centre is one of many departments in this institution and it is one of the few facilities in Germany where sleep disorders of all kinds are examined and treated from childhood to old age. The centre includes an outpatient clinic, an inpatient sleep laboratory for all sleep-related problems and all forms of sleep disorders, and an outpatient sleep laboratory within the Charité outpatient health centre for patients with sleep-related breathing disorders. The staff consists of pneumologists, neurologists, ENT physicians, cardiologists, engineers, specialized medical technologists, and nurses. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 🇹 TITAN EOSC Charité University Hospital is among the key participants tasked with validating a privacy-preserving platform designed to employ cutting-edge data anonymisation methods, blockchain-driven access control, and state-of-the-art hardware acceleration. This platform facilitates secure inter-organisational sharing of sensitive data while ensuring adherence to stringent regulations governing data privacy and confidentiality. TRI emphasises an ethical and co-design, end-user-focused approach to technology development. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 🇹 TITAN EOSC TRI leads the working group that focuses on preparing legal, privacy ethical, as well as technical and functional requirements for the architecture of the technology developed in the project.
