Today, on Stress Awareness Day, we want to highlight the importance of managing stress in our daily lives. 🧘♀️🧘♂️ Together with Just Wellness, we organised a session in which we explored small habits and tools to manage those stress peaks we all face. Because we know that wellness goes beyond work: it's about taking care of ourselves, listening to our body and integrating routines that make a difference. 🌱 Thanks to the Just Wellness expert, we left with simple practices that we can implement today, such as breathing techniques, mindful pauses and the importance of disconnecting to reconnect and last but not least improving our diet. We believe these learning spaces are essential to create an environment where each of us can achieve our best. And guess what? As we celebrate World Food Day today, it’s the perfect moment to reflect on our relationship with food and its importance in our daily lives. Recently, we partnered with Just Wellness - For happy healthy companies, a leading company in health education, to offer our team a nutrition workshop led by expert Ruben Fanlo. The workshop focused on: 🥗 Understanding macronutrients and micronutrients and where to find them in our everyday meals. 🍴 Balancing our plates to fuel our bodies with the right energy and nourishment. 🧘♀️ Managing hunger cues and cravings to reduce snacking on less nutritious options. Today serves as a reminder that maintaining a healthy relationship with food goes beyond just eating well—it’s about nurturing our bodies and minds, helping us stay sharp and energized, both at work and in life. 💪

A few weeks ago, we welcomed students from Fundación Adecco and its Escuela Digital to our offices in Barcelona. 👩🎓 👨🎓 During the event, several of our Tech colleagues joined a roundtable where students could ask questions, share experiences, and discuss some of the exciting projects they’ve been or are currently working on. It was a great opportunity for the students—many with experience in other fields—to gain insight into how our Tech teams operate, how the teams are structured, and how our agile culture shapes the way we work.
