What a week it has been! 🎉 It was a pleasure to assist the Corporate Entrepreneurs Club's event in Madrid and we were really happy to be able to host it in Barcelona as well as the newest members of the GELLIFY group. En esta ocasión, hablamos sobre "Business prototyping, una herramienta para acelerar la innovación”. Un evento en el que contamos con unos invitados muy especiales, el equipo de NOBA, compañía recientemente adquirida por GELLIFY, y que nos dejó algunos 🔝 insights muy interesantes: 1️⃣ Innovación: retos y cultura empresarial. La innovación no solo requiere nuevas ideas, sino también la valentía para superar los miedos y la transformación cultural dentro de las empresas. 🎯 2️⃣ Proceso vs mentalidad. La clave para alcanzar nuestras metas es encontrar el equilibrio adecuado entre los procesos y la mentalidad correcta. La combinación de ambos aspectos es crucial para el éxito. 🧠 3️⃣ Prototipado de negocios y metodologías. Utilizar técnicas de Business Prototyping permite a las empresas validar rápidamente nuevas ideas y acelerar el proceso de innovación. Analizamos varias técnicas como Smoke Test, Concierge MVP, Mechanical Turk, The McGyver, y Relabel. Cada una ofrece enfoques únicos para validar ideas y productos. 🛠 4️⃣ Human-Centered Design. Para compartir la innovación, es fundamental entender a quién se le está presentando y utilizar un lenguaje adecuado que capte su interés. 🚀 Last week, Daniel Martin, Managing Partner at NOBA, had the honor of moderating a panel at the DeepTech Alliance conference in Barcelona with Andrea Siciliani, Climate Tech Investor at TechEnergy Ventures, Doron Tamir, Co-Founder & CEO at Luminescent, Francisco Rodrigues, Corporate Innovation Manager at EDP, and Henri Klemmer, CEO at Hepta Insights. The event highlighted the immense power of collaboration between startups and corporates, underscoring the importance of aligning goals and exercising patience on both sides. Deep Tech ventures often grapple with technical uncertainties that demand time to evolve into viable commercial solutions. Investors need to understand and support this extended timeline, while startups must appreciate the procedural requirements corporates must navigate internally. With these questions in mind and the potential to answer them, on June 14, from S2 Xpeed we gathered corporations such as hp, LAINCO, Cetaqua - Water Technology Centre (AGBAR Group), Santander or associations representing large industrial groups, such as AMEC Positive Industry, Girona Next and Barcelona Activa. ✍🏼First, we individually identified the main challenges in the industrial sector. More than 50 emerged, which we then gathered in 4 branches: AI + Sustainability + Digitalization + Tech Adaptation. ✍🏼Afterwards, startups and corporations worked in groups together and explored ways of joint collaboration. Thanks to Guillem Falgueras Peguera from NOBA for facilitating the workshop. NOBA's expertise in opportunity identification, design and validation of business models was the perfect ingredient for this kind of session. Thanks also to the startups in our program 4QT, Clean Sea Solutions, Ercura Industrial Exoskeletons, LogiXair, Myneral Labs, Sygnis SA and Mantiscope; without you this this could not have been possible.🫱🏼🫲🏼
