CHALLENGE 🚀 One of our latest projects has been a success, and we want to share how we at GH Induction helped a toolholder manufacturer improve its production significantly. 🌟 The challenge: They were building a new production line with one key requirement: full automation. Production batches were small and manually changing inductors between references was too time consuming, directly affecting their efficiency. ⚙️ The solution: We implemented our innovative AIC (Automatic Inductor Changeover) technology, automating both the inductor and machine interconnections, eliminating the need for constant manual adjustments. 📈 The result: Thanks to this solution, we achieved an induction machine that increased its availability by an impressive 85%. We said goodbye to continuous reference changes.
