In the framework of the High Level Week of #UNGA79, we had the pleasure of convening a dinner at the University Club of New York, which, in addition to several of our Members, was attended by high-level personalities from different fields who were interested in our work The dinner was also a place for the exchange of ideas. Representatives from the private sector discussed the advantages of free enterprise under the rule of law versus the dangers and limitations of an autocratic economy, moderated by CNBC journalist Tyler Mathisen. Policymakers discussed the role of the private sector in upholding democratic values and practices. It was an honour count on the participation of Mihai Popșoi, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Republic of Moldova, as one of the key speakers.
