The undertaking has thoughtfully preserved the memory of spaces such as the chapel, the Arab courtyard, and the original 19th-century façade. Congratulations to the architects at ERRE arquitectura and Fundación Hortensia Herrero for their outstanding work on this unique project to recover Valencia's architectural heritage. Last Thursday, we had the honor of hosting the 23rd Andreu World International Design Contest at the CAIXA FORUM Valencia, a celebration of design, creativity, and responsibility. The day began with the jury, composed of leading professionals—Thomas Garvey (WDO President), Marta Alcañiz (BBVA Spain Head of Design), Marta Vall.llosera (CSCAE President), and Ángela Montagud (Director of Clap Studio and National Design Award winner)—selecting this year’s winners, with a strong emphasis on Circular Design. 🌍 Our CEO, Jesús Llinares, shared a moving message about the importance of creativity in shaping a sustainable future, followed by an inspiring talk by the legendary Lluís Bassat, who reminded us of the profound role design plays in fostering innovation and solving global challenges. The evening concluded with a solidarity dinner, where we raised 12,000 € for those affected by the recent DANA. This initiative reflects our commitment to not only crafting great designs but also creating positive social impact.
