A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable, for the security, defence, peace, order and welfare of Canada, that arrangements should be made to enable heads of the United Nations and Royal Families thereof, to take refuge within the territorial limits of Canada, and thus to promote and encourage the war efforts of the United Nations.

And Whereas Our Governor General in Council has ordered that a Proclamation be issued accordingly and published in the Canada Gazette.
Now Know Ye that by and with the advice of our Privy Council for Canada and pursuant to the powers vested in Us by the War Measures Act, Chapter 206 of the Revised Statutes of Canada 1927, We do by this Our Proclamation declare and direct:—
