POLE (gene)
Appearance
DNA polymerase epsilon catalytic subunit is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the POLE gene.[5][6] It is the central catalytic subunit of DNA polymerase epsilon.
Clinical significance
[edit]POLE, along with POLD1, has in 2013 been associated with multiple adenoma.[7]
Interactions
[edit]POLE has been shown to interact with RAD17.[8]
