Hello! Floy Favorite wrote articles in the 1860s in the Mining and Scientific Press about the Comstock mining district in Nevada (USA) from a woman's point of view. Floy may or may not have actually been a woman. I look forward to reviving this nom de plume to share accurate and sometimes detailed information about the history of my region using rich primary sources at my disposal. I am most interested in Nevada, my current home state, where I have lived longer than in any other place. I find its history QUITE fascinating.
