Crossfaith (クロスフェイス) is a Japanese metalcore band from Osaka that was formed in 2006. The band released their first EP "Blueprint of Reconstruction" in 2008. They then released their first studio album "The Artificial Theory for the Dramatic Beauty" through Zestone Records in 2009, and their second studio album "The Dream the Space" in 2009 through Tragic Hero Records[1]), Crossfaith then released their second EP "Zion" in September, 2012. In 2012, Crossfaith toured around the UK[2][3][4] and Asia. The band toured around the UK with the bands: Bleed From Within and Polar (band) in support of While She Sleeps' headline tour. All of the band's lyrics are in English. The band has been added to the Soundwave (Australian music festival) 2013 lineup, which will be the band's first touring venture in the country. They will play the festival's 5 dates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. They have also announced Sidewaves (sideshows to the festival) alongside Periphery in Sydney and Melbourne. They will also perform in support of Enter Shikari on their USA tour dates in 2013. In early 2013, "Zion" was released in the UK by label Search And Destroy Records.
