Hallmark Channel Philippines is a Philippine television channel owned by NBC Universal Global Networks, in partnership with Solar Entertainment Corporation.
Rebranded as Diva Universal
Hallmark Channel Philippines will be last broadcast on September 19, 2010, followed by the launch of Diva Universal Channel on September 19, 2010 of the same day at 6:00 p.m. Simulcast with Diva Universal Philippines on the same day.
Programming
Most of the program are all imported from United States which includes drama, comedy, teleseries, talk show and reality TV series among other. Movie programs are also air in this channel (both U.S., Canadian and Australian movies).
