'Incidents'

[edit]

Why are unregistered 'editors' repeatedly posting 'news' 'incidents' on a page about the writer himself? Other pages have been undergoing trim-down, so why are incidents even notable on such an online encyclopedia article? MaynardClark (talk) 00:09, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Quotes Section - Promotional

[edit]

Does this section meeting Wikipedia standards/guidelines? I believe this may be self promotion and am wondering if anyone other editors will agree. I do not recall seeing this on other articles.Bipsshaw0 (talk) 18:32, 23 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

There are quotes on many Wikipedia biographies. It is not self-promotion as far as I can tell. I am not sure why a single quote would be self-promotion. Psychologist Guy (talk) 18:57, 23 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! I hadn't come across that before and wasn't sure. Bipsshaw0 (talk) 17:25, 2 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
