Carl Schmitt wrote about "nomos" much before Peter L. Berger was born. I think this article should be edited.--189.72.28.40 (talk) 19:31, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, the first one to speak of "nomos" in this theoretical/sociological framework was Carl Schmitt in his seminal book "The Nomos of the Earth". Berger, and even much Cover, started from schmittian categories....
