New Canada page

[edit]

Long story short, Since the Canadian Magazine no longer publishes a print edition, and since the us and Canadian editions have long been owned by two companies, and have not shared editorial content in years, I feel this made the most (common sense)

The image Image:TVGuideCanadaLogo.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

I duplicated the same rational used before the image was moved to the page for its own edition. In both articles the logo is used to identify the canadian edition of which the logo represents. I think I fixed it, or tried in good faith. --K3vin (talk) 13:50, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Updates

[edit]

TV Guide hasn't existed as a weekly magazine since 2006, so this article was woefully outdated. Technically it only exists today as a component of another website called The Loop, so it could probably be updated further with more past tense use, though at the moment The Loop still uses the TV Guide branding for TVG-related content. 70.72.211.35 (talk) 16:01, 3 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Records

[edit]

Any sites with scans of the old magazines? Would be valuable in supporting the dates and times programs were airing in the 90s, as proving this on Wikipedia can be hard. Regret not keeping my physical copies from then. 64.228.90.1 (talk) 14:15, 26 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
