Sir Charles Morgan Robinson Morgan, 3rd Bt, 1st Baron Tredegar (10 April 1792 – 16 April 1875) was an English peer, the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Charles Morgan, 2nd Bt. and Mary Margaret Stoney, and a member of the House of Lords. He represented the constituency of Brecon.

He was Lord Lieutenant of Brecknockshire. He married the daughter of Godfrey Basil Mundy, Rosamund, in late 1827. He served in the militia, eventually becoming a commander. In 1850 he was appointed High Sheriff of Brecknockshire.

He was created Baron Tredegar in 1859, and in 1866 was lord lieutenant of Monmouthshire. He died in April 1875, and was succeeded by his son Godfrey Morgan.
