Featured content development projects
Today I continued to clean the "Topic:" namespace. According to the wiki statistics, there are now 1,524 pages that are probably legitimate content pages.
Along with placing featured content on the main page, it will make sense to explicitly distinguish between main page links to portals and content development pages. Wikipedia has no links to content development "wikiprojects" on their main page. However, Wikiversity is much newer and much more about creating content than showing off existing content, so I think we should link to some content development projects from our main page. This could actually be part of the featured content on the main page: featured content development projects. Maybe there could be both some "School:" pages and some "Topic:" pages listed on the main page:
