Life in General is the third studio album by American punk rock band MxPx, released on November 19, 1996. The album features "Chick Magnet". The album features artwork by the artist Coop.[7] Prior to the release of Slowly Going the Way of the Buffalo (1998), the album had sold over 89,000 copies.[8]

Life in General 2.0
editTo celebrate the album's 20th anniversary in 2016, the band re-recorded the album and released it via e-mail to fans for just one day only. In August 2017, the band officially released it through various streaming services as Life In General 2.0.[9]
