editDose the Icelandic Prime Ministers have numbers like the Swedish Prime Ministers ?
- No (and I am rather sceptical that these Swedish numbers are in any way official). Stefán 01:40, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
IT need more images of prime Ministers. The Tramp 22:35, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
- That may be true. However, please do not add any more images which are not free to be used on Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia:Non-free content about what images are acceptable here. Stefán 01:40, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
Removal
editWhoever changed this page also ruined the colour scheme and the coalitions. See fit to amend at your convenience. Io 15:46, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
- I liked the old colour scheme better so I brought it back (being bold and all that). The Icelandic political system is one of coalition building so I think it is more important that the colours reflect the parties in each coalition rather than the party affiliation of the PM. --Bjarki 22:02, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
- I agree. But the recent change has removed the coalitions. Cheers Io 15:47, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

editHe is on WP:Iceland, but not the PM. Please fix for us.--Dthomsen8 (talk) 01:47, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
PM Johannsson's Resignation
editAccording to the Independent, Icelandic Prime Minister Johannsson resigned after he lost the election. Currently, the office is vacant.
- No, if you read that article it states that he has handed in his resignation following the success of the Pirate Party, but that as is stated in the Constitution that he will continue as caretaker until a new Prime Minister is appointed. Ebonelm (talk) 16:59, 27 November 2016 (UTC)
Ministers for Iceland
editThe ministers in office during the Home Rule era (1904–1918) are listed as Ministers for Iceland in the Minister for Iceland article, and as Prime Ministers here. Please resolve this contradiction. If they were not Prime Ministers then they should not be listed here. Should these articles be merged? Verbcatcher (talk) 03:17, 30 January 2017 (UTC)
Term length
editHello! I truly hope this message finds the reader well! I was wondering about the term length and whether it would be a good idea for it to be changed a little in the sense that it would also show the years for each Prime Minister (where it is the case, of course). Having a term length section in the table which only shows the days is a bit insufficient for the reading experience in my humble opinion. Not that it would be wrong, it's very precise, on the contrary, but having years there as well might be a good idea, only if it's approved here beforehand, naturally. Please let me know if you find this as a good idea and if you'd like it to be implemented. All the best!
Sincerely and respectfully,
