The answer is both yes and no. The gross tax rate is 6.2%. The net tax rate is or can be 0.8%. I'll try to get back to the article later, to revise it to show how this works, with the interplay in connection with state unemployment taxes (too complicated to explain right now). Question: are employers required to disclose to employees how much FUTA and SUTA is paid in their behalf on the employee pay stub, or elsewhere for that matter?

Lock the page?
editpeople are constantly coming in to add references to futanari, all for the sake of a joke. Mind you, I love a good joke, especially if it makes an otherwise boring page about a tax act reference porn.
