We are delighted to announce the successful export of three massive transformers, each weighing an impressive 78 tons—the heaviest cargo ever handled at Trans Misr Terminal (TMT)   These transformers were expertly loaded and lashed onboard of MV CMA CGM JEAN GABRIEL, a vessel with a length of 300 meters, draft 13.8 m and a capacity of 11,000 TEUs. Our dedicated team utilized two different handling methods, the STS Hook and STS Headblocks, to ensure the safe and efficient loading of this extraordinary shipment. Company based in Alexandria Responsibilities: - Create unplanned work orders, planned work orders, requisitions, and reports by inputting all the necessary data/information handed over by engineering managers, engineering superintendents, officers, foremen, and staff. - To keep proper and updated history and records of fuel issues to each applicable machine, including physical checks to ensure the security of fuel usage. - To collect hour meter readings and electricity consumption readings for all machines as applicable, including physical checks and correct recording of such figures. - To record/input vacation requests for sick leave, injury leave, shift rosters, and labor/overtime hours to enable accurate future planning of maintenance works. - To collect/collate/supply equipment data and information from the CMMS system, equipment data collection files, and equipment manuals for the Engineering Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen - Oversees data integrity of the CMMS program.
