Our Services Our mission is to support our clients run successful businesses, and to originate decarbonization projects to realize positive climate impact, generate carbon credits, and contribute to global goal of sustainable development. 1 Project Development Services for for Carbon Credits Generation • Project origination for energy efficiency, waste recycling, nature-based solutions, renewable energy, water management, alternative fuels and other innovative climate action investments • Confirm project eligibility, applicability, economic viability, demonstrate additionality and identify contributions to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) identification. • Support clients and project owners in application, SDG quantification and securing approvals at all stages up to carbon credit cerification. • Selection of Validation & Verification Body. • Ensure excellence in monitoring throughout the crediting period using MRV. • Identify carbon credit off-takers to monetize them and achieve financial reward 2 Carbon Footprint Reporting and Decarbonization Strategy • Carbon footprint calculation for corporates (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) according to the GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-1, and portfolio financial emission according to TCFD and PCAF. • Responding to CDP questionnaire and disclosure requirements. • Support decarbonization planning following Science Based Targe Initiative (SBTi) and other voluntary decarbonization commitment initiatives. • Carbon Footprint calculation for products, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) according to GHG Protocol, ISO 14067, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). 3 Enviromental Social & Governance (ESG) Reporting • ESG Reporting to ensure high-quality carbon credit generation 4 Verification and Assurance of Climate Declaration MGM Climate Business Developers is certified to verify, audit of calculations, issue letters of assurance conforming with climate compliance regulations such as CBAM, etc..

EGYPT’S FIRST CONSTRUCTION & DEMOLITION WASTE RECYCLING PROJECT. We are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership between ZeroCarbon and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to launch Egypt’s first Construction and Demolition waste (C&D) Recycling Project. This innovative project aims to transform construction and demolition waste into valuable resources, establishing a new benchmark for sustainable practices in the construction industry. C&D waste poses a significant challenge in Egypt especially in New Cities where thousands of Acres are occupied by millions of tons of construction, demolition and excavation waste. As a first phase, the volume of demolition and construction waste to be treated and recycled in the 135-feddan plot of land in the Beit Al Watan project in New Cairo is estimated at 3.3 million m³. By diverting materials like concrete, wood, and metals from landfills, ZeroCarbon is not only reducing waste but also promoting a circular economy. At the heart of this initiative are green aggregates—recycled materials that can replace natural aggregates in construction. Green aggregates, which often match or exceed the strength and durability of natural materials, ensure high-quality construction while prioritizing environmental responsibility. Repurposing C&D waste significantly decreases landfill volume, preserving space and reducing harmful emissions. Producing recycled aggregates also requires less energy, leading to a substantial reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional materials and advancing Green Building & Construction in Egypt. Recycling of C&D waste saves fuel by 70%. Together, we are paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future in Egypt. ZeroCarbon is excited to announce a major milestone in the journey towards decarbonization. ZeroCarbon obtains the concession to Manage, Operate and Upgrade the Municipal Solid Waste Plant in Defra, Tanta serving the heart of the Delta and 3.5 M people. The signing ceremony took place today, between Major General Ahmed Anwar, Secretary General of Gharbia Governorate, and the CEO of ZeroCarbon Karim Elsabee, in the presence of Dr. Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment, Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, and Major General Ashraf El Gendy, Governor of Gharbia. The Defra facility will have a capacity of 730K tons per year (approximately 2K tons/day), treating Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), non-hazardous industrial waste, and agricultural waste. The received waste will be transformed into valuable resources such as Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF), compost, and ZeroCarbon’s organic fertilizer. ZeroCarbon’s aim is to enhance environmental sustainability and improve living conditions for Gharbia's growing population. The facility will be serving 3.5 million people, ultimately promoting public health. This strategic move aligns with national commitment to preserving the environment and safe disposal of waste.
