Dreny & Partners advised Valu on its first issuance for their consumer finance portfolio amounting to EGP 1,091,900,000. This issuance is part of ValU's new broader multi-issuance program with a total value of EGP 16 billion EFG Hermes Promoting & Underwriting acted as the financial advisor, lead arranger and underwriter. Arab African International Bank acted as custodian bank, bookrunner and underwriter, while Baker Tilly Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar acted as the auditor.  It is worth mentioning that this issuance marks the 11th securitization transaction managed by our team for ValU; a milestone which underscores the strong and successful relationship we have built over the years. We are delighted to announce that we have has successfully secured a favorable judgment for our client in a complex financial leasing case. Our skilled litigation team expertly applied the provisions of the Financial Leasing and Factoring Law No. 176 of 2018, under the supervision of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), leading to the termination of the financial leasing contract. Working closely with the Enforcement Department at the Cairo Economic Court, we ensured the return of the leased property to its rightful owner. This outcome not only underscores our deep expertise in financial litigation but also reflects our unwavering commitment to achieving outstanding results for our clients.
