We are currently looking for a highly qualified Marketing Manager! Accountabilities and Duties: - Responsible for developing and implementing DAOUD GROUP Branding and marketing strategies. - Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars. - Develop marketing plans and programs for each product and service DAOUD GROUP provides. - Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, analysis of competitive environment, and market trends. - Support all business units and departments related to marketing and PR – participate in campaigns, events, digital marketing, etc. - Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials, and presentations - Organize and direct marketing meetings regularly whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed. - Provide day-to-day performance management for subordinates and that includes (Feedback, Coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions). Experience and Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (business, commerce, etc.) preferably in Marketing - Preferable post-graduate marketing certification - Minimum 7 years of experience in the marketing field and proven track record of success in senior marketing roles. - Fluency in Arabic & English, written and spoken, and excellent drafting skills - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email & internet) - Creative mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities Submit your resume to: [email protected] #Hiring #Careers #JoinOurTeam #CareerGrowth

DAOUD CONSTRUCTION is currently looking for highly qualified :                                ACCOUNTING MANAGER • Location:        Down Town Key Responsibilities: - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for construction projects. - Monitor project costs and ensure that expenditures align with the budget. Implement cost-  saving measures when necessary. - Manage job costing processes, ensuring that all expenses are accurately tracked and allocated to the correct projects. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. - Prepare financial statements, variance reports, and project profitability analyses. - Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making. - Supervise accounting staff, providing training and guidance as needed. Key Skills: -Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, especially related to construction. - Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. - Precision in financial reporting and data management. - Effective communication with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. - Experience in leading a team and managing projects efficiently.
