Role Description: Document Controller shall be a key team player in ensuring the accurate administration, coordination, and dissemination of all project documents. The candidate should have meticulous attention to detail, effective collaboration, and strong communication abilities, which are essential for a smooth flow of information, documentation and contribute with the project site team in successfully achieving the project construction timelines. Main Duties: Handling all correspondence such as letters, emails, transmittals, submittals etc.. Maintaining and updating Document control log on daily basis Distributing all documents (incoming & outgoing) through emails, transmittals to project site team, Client, and Contractor. Performing other duties as directed by PMO office. Fulfil the requirements of whole project site team. General clerical functions to maintain a seamless office environment. Responsibilities: ·        Independently develops and/or supervises the creation of engineering documents and drawings that meet client requirements. ·        Responsible for the preparation and review of mechanical design calculations reports, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects. ·        Review of works produced by the mechanical engineers and the necessary coordination with other discipline’s engineers as applicable. ·        Responsible for the design review of the mechanical services. ·        Participation in design review meetings and workshops. ·        Preparation of design review reports and meeting records. ·        Responsible for the participation in the progress and coordination meetings of the design projects and the preparation of the meeting records. ·        Liaison and coordination with all applicable Local Authority Departments to obtain approval on design projects. ·        Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
