In 2019, inspired by a hot summer trip to Istanbul, we started developing delivery software for bottled water vendors. We spent months talking to shop owners, learning about their business and their daily problems. We knew that they needed solutions as simple as their business model. And they didn’t have a large budget for investing in innovation and technology. So to build our software we used functional programming languages: ClojureScript and Elixir. As a result Spill is powerful yet easy to use, has no-downtime updates, and its features can solve problems specific to your store’s operations. Spill represents everything we believe in: a perfect solution for small businesses to prosper and stay relevant in the age of corporate delivery giants.
