Exciting news from last week: our co-founder, Anna-Liisa Parts, went on a travel to Amsterdam. This wasn't a vacation but a special trip organised by EASi ja KredExi ühendasutus to learn about Eurostars funding. It was also a great chance to meet and talk about working together with healthcare providers from the Netherlands and other countries. The trip opened our eyes to new ideas and opportunities. A big thanks to Sandra Kaljumäe and Tiiu Treier for planning this amazing trip to Amsterdam. We came back full of new ideas and excited about what we can do next. It's trips like these that remind us how important it is to keep learning and looking for ways to do things better together.

Eesti osaleb koos Hollandi ja teiste 37 Euroopa riigiga (samuti mõnede riikidega väljastpoolt Euroopat) Eurostars programmis, mis võimaldab ühiselt rahastada teadmusmahukaid arendusprojekte. Hollandlased oskavad teha nii teadust, äri kui ka koostööd, mistõttu on nad Eurostars programmis ka ühed edukamad. 📝✅ CRA Challenge #7: The Critical Role of Follow-Up Letters in Monitoring 🕒🔍 Let's shift our focus to a key part of monitoring in clinical trials: follow-up letters. These are the letters we send within certain amount of days after monitoring visit, and they're more important than they might seem at first. Initially, I didn't see much value in these letters. They often repeated the same information from visit to visit, just with different action items each time. But everything changed after a tough audit experience. I understood that the sticky notes I left at sites for corrections are being thrown away, and there will not be any record of my instructions. This was a wake-up call about the power of good documentation. In our field, there's a saying: "If it's not documented, it didn't happen." What about you? How do you view follow-up letters?
