However, the ethical issues related to it have hampered the rights to healthy life from infants and children. Unimmunized individuals pose a risk to the community and therefore it becomes imperative to implement compulsory vaccination programs. Thus to minimize the conflicts appropriate modifications must be brought to the regulations to enhance the effectiveness and acceptance of the immunization practice.
