    The road 🛣 to improvement has begun #LEAN#. We have completed the first week, when a lot of data analysis was carried out, necessary to answer WHAT AND HOW WE WILL CHANGE. We also met with our operators 👨🏭 , who were active during the first meeting and pointed out frequent problems that prevent them from working more efficiently . However, how to keep their attention and proactivity during the planned changes 🤷♀️ ? How to motivate them to regular activity leading to change? 📢 📢 Dear community - what experience do you have with motivating employees to propose changes? 💡 Thank you for your suggestions!

    It's the beginning of a 2024 and we continue with LEAN activities 👍 . We laid the foundation during the last year, but honestly... it was not as simple as I thought. Whenever I read books or articles on the subject of LEAN, where everything sounds so simple, so systematic and planned it really applies, when you have a team of people around you who want to do things better. Even if it sometimes means turning around 180 degrees, it works ! And so, after the trainings, we moved on to practice and together / though not after the first meeting 😉 / we proposed planned activities, which will help us increase work productivity during current year. To improve order at workplaces, help understand why our operators repeat some operations is the way how together with them find the „gold“ standard . I'm so looking forward to seeing that we manage to change everything. However I'm a fan of photos, I'll definitely be happy to share our changes with you ! Keep watching us on our LEAN journey 🔭 !

We met and talked to many talented and curious students who were interested in how we help our clients optimize their processes.   Our consultant Sigurd shared his insights and experiences with Kaizen and cultural changes.
