🏆 Another year, another victory! 🏃♂️💨 Yesterday, some of us from Airco Process Technology participated in the annual Hannerupløbet i Fredericia. We took on the challenge in the 3x5km relay race, where each team member ran 5km through the beautiful Hannerup forest. With incredible team spirit driving us, one of our teams ensured that the trophy stays in the company, clinching the victory with an elite time of 1:02:53! 🎉 A huge shoutout to Mathias Magaard Koldby, Nicolai Skovlund Østergårdård, and Lasse Thorsager Ellegaard for delivering the best result possible! Everything is possible! 🚀 Last week, we had a workday that was a bit out of the ordinary—especially for Nicolai Skovlund Østergård, who took center stage as we filmed an exciting new project! 🎬 Nicolai was featured in a commercial video for Fredericia Maskinmesterskole - Videncenter for Drift og Vedligehold, right here in Fredericia. The goal? To create a dynamic 3-minute video for cinemas and various platforms as a commercial. 🎞️ The day began at our office, where cameras captured the engineering excellence 💡 and the vital role of project management 👷♂️. Then, the spotlight shifted to the field as filming continued on-site at Kassø Power-to-X facility in Aabenraa Municipality powered by European Energy. The Kassø site is a true testament to our commitment to quality and innovation, where cutting-edge technology 🔧 meets hands-on expertise. He has a proven ability to scale organizations and implement systems that work. When it comes to leadership style, Martin values honesty, transparency, and collaboration. 📦🌍 Exciting Delivery Alert! 🌍📦 Airco Process Technology is thrilled to announce the successful delivery of a CO2 liquefaction plant, type Nimmons900 for Carbon Capture Scotland´s partner Whyte & Mackay. This cutting-edge project, designed to purify, dry, and liquefy approximately 900kg/h of CO2, marks a significant milestone in our journey towards innovative and sustainable solutions. 🚚 🚢 The Delivery Journey 🚚 🚢 The thoughtfully crafted delivery process, captured on the pictures, ensured that the CO2 liquefaction plant arrived in perfect condition through several steps: 1. Naked frame: The initial open frame solution, with all the process equipment pre-installed. 2. Unwrapped Unit: The roof and walls are added to the frame structure and the unit is ready for final adjustment. 3. Wrapped Unit: Wrapped in order to be securely protected for transit. 4. Lifting from Airco: Careful handling and loading at our facility. 5. Final Delivery: Successfully transported to Whyte and Mackay Distillery in Invergordon, Scotland, completing its journey by truck and ship. 🔧 Engineering Excellence 🔧 This open frame solution is designed to ease service work and lower sound emissions, with a roof and walls that are bolted onto the frame. The CO2-rich inlet gas, sourced from a whiskey distillery, will be efficiently processed by our plant to meet the highest standards.
