What is psychological safety, and why does it matter for team performance? 🚀 These were key topics in our workshop on psychological safety, hosted in collaboration with @Agile Copenhagen. Guest speaker Philip Juhl who is software developer, scrum master, and agile coach, explored how psychological safety boosts team performance, how to measure it, and tools to implement it effectively. 💬 “It’s about creating an environment where people feel safe to take risks and speak openly without fear of negative consequences,” said Philip Juhl. 💬 Stefan Eskam added, “In 3Shape, fostering psychological safety is crucial. We had a chat with our talented Product Manager Maksymilian Byc, who with his team, was a driving force in launching the Unite Cloud platform: "Among many responsibilities, my role is to understand the users, their needs, and pains and translate them into product features." “It has been a rollercoaster ride for the last 2 years! It has of course been ups and downs and we spent a lot of time building the foundation of the product. However, it has been very fulfilling to observe all the pieces being put together – an amazing team effort.” We asked Maks what advice he would give himself in the beginning of the project: “The biggest learning is to listen to the team and work in many small iterations. Being close with the teams allowed us to make decisions faster and adjust the course accordingly.” “The coolest innovation of Unite Cloud is offering true access from anywhere. All patient and case data are ready and accessible from mobile, which gives our dentists big flexibility and countless options. 3Shape Regional Sales Manager Southeast Europe, Middle East and Africa, Tamer Elsafty recently created a heart-warming initiative to help disabled children in his home city of Cairo, Egypt. He and a team of dental professionals brought 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanners to the Dar El Eman Center for disabled children to scan and after, provide dental treatment for the children at the center. The team of 3Shapers and volunteer dental professionals led by Dr. Ola El Gaml scanned the children using the TRIOS intraoral scanner. Upon review of the scans, she and her team will provide the children with proper dental care where needed. “It is very gratifying to see so many children smiling. We are always looking for ways to give back to the community and our 3Shape technology really helps make it so much easier and efficient to provide dental care to more people.
